JIC  Also I get the "forbidden" message when I try to download it. Could any person that

succeeded downloading it, tell us how could he/she do it?

    Thanks, Juan, Santiago Chile

GCOGHILL  Perhaps the developer could team up with iTunes and Screensavers (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/12707/itunes-and-screensavers) — pause iTunes and mute the system when the screensaver starts.

PETE-ON-THE-WEB  This is great, although I would like to see something like times being a part of this, so that at 11pm, my MacBook gets muted , then un-mutes at 8am or so. That way I can hear when mail has arrived during the day & not at 2am in the middle of the night!

SMARTEC  For this you can easily find SoundAsleep... you can set a range of time when all sounds should be off.

This is not a purpose of MacAutoMute as I say in macautomute.com

... and think about it.. you must remember to change settings if someday you need another time-range.

But if you need it, soundasleep is your choice

GCOGHILL  Yeah having system sounds play while music is playing is annoying.

I wonder if the developer could also add an option to pause iTunes as well as mute the system when the screensaver kicks on? No sense in itunes playing if the Mac is muted.
