    DRDUL  What a great idea! I happily donated the requested $5 to the dev (he helpfully provides a link in the readme file).

    Installation is as easy as it gets. Simply copy the scripts that you want into the

    ~/Library/Address Book Plug-Ins/ folder. Quit and relaunch Address Book and there they are. To uninstall, just delete the scripts out of the plug-ins folder.
