SNARB  Do you have Leopard? This isn't noted here at MacUpdate for some reason, but QuickNote requires OS X 10.5 or later.

FREDDUCKER  Why is it only for Leopard computers? I thought it was a program for taking quick notes? Oh, well, too bad. Good luck.

SNARB  Oh, there is no particular reason why it shouldn't run on Tiger. Just an erroneous build setting I guess. I'll fix it in the next update.
