TIAGO  I have tried it over and over and I always gave up due to the lack of artwork support...

So, here is a question to anyone who is already using it: does Fluke has managed to solve this issue or is this still (and maybe forever) a problem? I'm asking because I have already installed it several times just to check for this and every time I had to uninstall...

DR9553  I was able to retag items, and then get artwork form the iTunes store for some flacs i have with no problem. only thing i would want is the ability to put my flacs on my ipod and i will be all set!

DEREKCURRIE  Putting FLAC files onto an iPod is rather pointless until such time as Apple adds the code to iPods to allow FLAC files to be played. Beats me why Apple didn't add this ability years ago. It costs Apple nothing at all to do so as FLAC is Open Source. The only reason I know of that Apple stick with Apple Lossless is that it allows the inclusion of DRM rubbish. FLAC does not. But there is nothing inherently subversive or pirate oriented about FLAC.

Pester Apple to get native FLAC support in iTunes and the iPod.

NERDIC  Works fine, except for flac files with their file names and tags containing non western characters like japanese. All you will see is a large amount of questionmarks.

KZX72  Anyone else having trouble getting the track numbers to show up? This is so close to a workable solution but the lack of track numbers (and artwork) kills it.

OSSIE  No art = not worth the trouble. I've written developer a couple times. No response.

TIAGO  To tell you the truth, I believe that this is not a problem of Fluke, but a limitation of the method used... However, I agree that withour artwork support it's more practical to just convert to ALAC and move on... Not that this doesn't have it's shortcomings too, of course...
