GFIORAVANTI We're sorry that you had trouble getting the program to scroll. We have done extensive testing to the program and have not encountered this problem.

When you clicked the "Start Prompting" button, were you using your mouse scroll wheel or your laptop track pad or your arrow keys?

GFIORAVANTI Once you click the "Start Prompting" button, you must initiate scrolling by moving your mouse scroll wheel, hitting your up/down arrow keys or using your laptop track pad.
