MINKATA  Fluffy's Log is a powerful application packed with features to keep all necessary data about pets , the presentation looks "cute" but don't be fooled this is a serious piece of work ,sophisticated ,elegant and for the purists offers a "classic" view .

Data about vets or owners are linked with the address book .

Fluffy's Log feature a reverse pedigree chart which shows at a glance the progeny of a particular individual .

The programme is so intuitive that no mental effort is necessary to navigate Fluffy's Log . Inbreeding coefficient is a nice touch .

There must be a solid engine driving all the data . graphs pop effortlessly , a sliding pet catalogue keep itself by alphabetical order

gosh! I could go on and on and look at the price !

Fluffy's Log is so affordable .

Of course I have a little wish list like :

- a link to the calendar with common gestation periods to predict happy events.

So I fully recommend Fluffy's Log , it's a gem .

KAKIRCHHOFER  This program is a great one-stop center for many things "pet" that I must track. For a greyhound ex-racer, things like food intake, weight tracking over a period of time, and pedigree are all very handy.

Navigation is sometimes a little less intuitive than I would like (the format is different than the Mac standard that I'm used to). I'd also like the ability to customize labels and buttons. Overall, though, a great product.

NY2A  This isn't a bad little application, but the interface is too "cutsie". I would prefer something that looks more like a standard Mac application. It does seem to offer a pretty decent list of features however. I would really like to see a user-defined data directory and not simply dumping the data in the standard Documents directory. I tried setting up an alias and symbolic like to another directory, but the application ignored the effort, renamed my link, and created a new data folder.
