DESCRIPTION
Phone plugins... Quick-dial and quick-text from any application.

Dial a number or send a text message with one click and without the need to open an additional application.

Select the number and choose to either have the cell phone dial it or to send a text message to it. Works right from the Address Book of Mac OS X as well as from any other application.

Long text messages will be split into several ones automatically and the built in spell checker makes sure your text reads as you intend it to.

ORBITERAPPS  Wonderful application. I have one tiny suggestion: Currently, phone numbers do not dial properly when selected if they are formatted with parentheses. As in"(800) 000-0000" It will not recognize the number inside the parentheses and thus it fails to dial the number.

I think Phone Plugins is great as it is, and I'm thinking of purchasing a second license, but this would be a valuable enhancement.

Thanks!

FUELLEMANN  Oh we wish :-) But right now there is no way to access these features in the iPhones OS.

And please do not forget that there are *many* users worlwide who still want to use a Nokia, Motorola, Samsung or Sony Ericsson phone...

Kind Regards

PIRX  I think it is generally the crippled usability of the iPhone's bluetooth.

Anything that would enable usage of services or carriers beyond the chargeable services of Apples revenue-sharers is being blocked by Apple.

I just switched back from iPhone to SonyEricsson, because I find the limitations of the iPhone unacceptable.
