MAC PUNTER To remedy a flashing light on an internal zip drive, you must remove the face plate and hold the eject button while powering on the Mac. If this happens on a regular basis, you can drill a small hole in the faceplate in front of the button so you can do it with a paper clip! (Version 4.0.2)

IMACTHERE4IAM I always used to have issues with my Zip100 drive, crashes etc and now on OS X.2 it doesn't even show up in Apple System Profiler half the time. I think it's dead and now nothing but an excuse to get a Zip250 (Version 4.0.2)

ANONYMOUS you might try zapping the PRAM and/or resetting the PowerManager (if applicable) on your Mac (Version 4.0.2)

MIKE Works very poorly. I had continual crashes and incompatability with OSX 10.2. Iomega said it would be a fee months before it is resolved( as of May 1). The drivers in OSX 10.2 alow you to use your zip, but you better wait for their new version to use tools without conflicts. (Version 4.0.2)

ANONYMOUS After three years, Iomega STILL doesn't support the Clik drive PC card on OS X! Give me a break. My zip drive works fine without their crummy hacked tools and I use psync to synchronize folders and its works fine. I expect vendors to support ALL theri hardware on a platform, not just one type of drive that is already supported by the OS vendor. Sheesh. Iomega is a low-rate vendor. Still for free I have to give it 3s in the otehr categories--besides supporting the hardware (which they don't) it is hard to put a rating on free software. Free is as free does. (Version 4.0.2)

ANONYMOUS Has anyone actually installed this? I downloaded the installer, but it tells me "The software to be installed requires Administrator or higher level access privileges." I'm logged in as root. (Version 3.5)
