DESCRIPTION
ScriptLight does what Spotlight does not. ScriptLight allows you to search and manage source code files on your computer. Do you use applescript? Do you dabble in shell scripting? Lots of us use languages to write things for our computers. Maybe you use HTML or maybe you use JavaScript. Whatever you use ScriptLight will make it easy for you to search the actual code of your files so you can quickly find it and re-use it in your next project! ScriptLight also makes it easy for you to manage your code files with its other built-in functions. See ScriptLight's help file for a listing of all the types of code files ScriptLight supports.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.1:
- Added XML, ASP, Cold Fusion, and REALbasic Native Version Control Format code files to the supported file types
- Set the fonts and colors used for the Code Preview window in the preferences
- Code Preview's Find Panel is automatically set to search for the first found search term
- Press command-g (i.e. Find Next) to cycle through the found occurrences in Code Preview
- Press command-option-right arrow to see the code of the next found search result in Code Preview
- New demonstration period for those who have tried ScriptLight before
- Several bug fixes
REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 10.5 or later. You can download a 10.4 capable version from our website.
