RUBAIYAT  I think the developer hasn't paid his ISP bill.

The DL fails with a "no permissions to read file" error. Something similar happens in French when you go directly to his site.

GCOGHILL  How does this handle saving files that are being worked on - i.e. I am working on a Photoshop file, saving manually as I go. Does SC save anyways or only after an idle period?

How does the auto-save ensure you don't overwrite a file as you are working on it? Say for example I am working on a text file and accidentally delete an entire paragraph, then SC auto-saves.

Some sort of versioned Save As feature might be handy for this. Save As files could be named like: document 01- autosave 2009-01-29 4:31 PM.jpg or something similar.

I love the idea, but would worry that I would auto-save unwanted changes without a way to undo.

AETNARIA  Does this extend to programs that don't normally have the ability to save progress made on a document-less state at any time?

MACUPDATE ADMIN   Check with the developer... At the developer's site for this app you can find the developer's email at the bottom of the page, see his name, that is the link to his email address.
