DESCRIPTION
Pwnage Tool... The big momma of all iPhone unlocking tools to date known appropriately as 'Pwnage'. this software update enables an iPhone to install unsigned firmware, which means hackers will be able to integrate their latest cracks/unlocks/applications directly into the newest firmware, leaving the user with a 'pwned' iPhone (for the want of a better adjective) that just needs to restore the hacked firmware through a file in iTunes. Guess jailbreaking an iPhone has just gotten so simple, even your dog could do it!

WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.0 of the tool adds several features to the original release including:
  • A totally new and reworked User-Interface,
  • A step-by-step mode for beginners,
  • Spotlight file discovery
  • Support for iPhone OS 2.0 for iPhone, iPod Touch and preliminary support for the iPhone 3G.
  • PwnageTool is the first “Jailbreak” for the 3G iPhone that will allow “on device” development and also allows users to install non-AppStore based third-party applications.
  • PwnageTool does not yet offer a software unlock for the 3G baseband, but will unlock the baseband on 2.0 OS for the 1st generation iPhone.

    COLA SHEEP  Hello :)

    I come from Taiwan, sorry my english not well.

    Pwnage Tool is a great applicaation, so I bulid a icon for it

    very hope you can use it, I don't went any pay

    I just hope it watch better :)

    M. LUTHER  GREAT app. Because of this app I was able to buy a used iPhone to use with my old AT&T plan which I have had before the merge w/Cingular. I have to use unlocked phones on my account or else AT&T/Cingular will make me loose my 1000 min 2-phone family plan for $59 (free nights/weekends/M-M) and upgrade to a lesser plan that costs more. Ummm... NO THANK YOU. Plus, I am around WiFi almost all the time so don't really need to pay $20/mo for Edge. This FREE program Unlocked my iPhone so I could pop in my old SIMM and am good to go. It was pretty easy to used ... look at iClarified.com for helpful instructions. Thanks to the developers. I will look for a way to donate when I get some cash in my paypal account. 5 star app by far!
