Dialectic uses a Bluetooth mobile phone, your Mac’s modem, or speakers to dial the phone. Dialectic can also make calls via Vonage, CallVantage, Skype, Ovolab Phlink, Parliant’s PhoneValet, Fritz!Box, an Asterisk PBX server, IP-based telephony devices including IP phones from Cisco and Snom, softphones from CounterPath Solutions, Inc., the Gizmo Project, ohphoneX, JackenIAX, as well as others.
You can enter a number manually or you can use the integrated search tools to find numbers in your Address Book, Microsoft Entourage, Now Contact, or Palm Desktop databases. With the included contextual menu, you can even select a number just about anywhere (such as on a webpage) and instantly dial it using Dialectic! Many more features.
