DESCRIPTION

Kissphrase... Ever find yourself typing the same phrases over and over again? Wouldn't it be easier to let your computer type them for you? (Hate rhetorical questions?)

Enter Kissphrase. A simple System Preferences pane which allows you to define a set of global keywords for oft used phrases. If you type the keyword followed by a space, tab, or return in any program, Kissphrase will paste your phrase on top of the keyword!

Kissphrase attempts to follow the KISS principle - keep it simple, stupid. If you require a program with more features, there are other alternatives out there which may serve you better.

Kissphrase requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard or higher to run and may only function normally for English language users. This version (0.5) is a beta and as such may contain bugs - please report any you find via our contact page.

Like most Chimoosoft software, Kissphrase is freeware, but donations are encouraged if you like it.

AKANICO  As it is a freeware and really usefull, I can't be made at the developper for some troubles but as far as I tried it, most of the times it just don't do what it's supposed to.

Depending on what key you can use in the application (space, enter or tab), the short cut just don't work.

And also it turns off by itself with no reason, having me to go and turn it on too many times.

These problem fixed, I would be 100% satisfied with it.

MEMPHISBIRD  Wonderful tool! Works perfectly and is so easy to set up. No instructions required. If you type the same things over and over, like your mailing address, email address, customized sig line in Gmail, thank you note, instructions on how to do something ... this list is probably endless ... then you should use Kissphrase. I use Typinator and I could hardly live without it. Kissphrase doesn't have the bells and whistles that Typinator has, like correcting your typos or entering dates automatically, but it also doesn't have the $20 price tag. I will continue to use Typinator because it is also great, but if you don't have an auto-typer yet, you should try Kissphrase. You can't beat the price (free-donations accepted) and it will save you time with your redundant typing tasks.
