Entourage Contact CSV Exporter allows you to open Microsoft Entourage RGE Archives and export the contacts as a CSV file.

The CSV file will conform to the format of Outlook CSV.

I use this tool for uploading my Entourage contacts to Gmail, but im sure this program can be used in many other ways. CSV is a very versatile file format.
