About MacBook Air SMC Firmware Update 1.2

This SMC firmware update adds compatibility for the latest service replacement batteries.

To complete the firmware update process, please follow the instructions in the updater application (/Application/Utilities/MacBook Air SMC Firmware Update.app). The updater will launch automatically when the installer closes.

Boot ROM or SMC Version Information: After this update has successfully completed, your SMC Version will be: 1.23f20 (M82)
After this update has successfully completed, your SMC Version will be: 1.34f8 (M96 & M96A)

AZRICHG  I have two MBAs. The newest (2.13ghz) one installed fine. The 1.8GHZ one showed the update in the SU control panel. It downloaded fine, but never installed as it did on my first MBA. I tried to run the program myself by double-clicking on it, and I got a message saying it's not supported on this architecture.. odd!
