ALJUK  PPC 10.4.11

I've just converted a couple of albums from wma to mp3. The app was simple to set up, has a slick interface and worked flawlessy. The resultant files are perfect. 10/10.

EL-CRAVITO  When I try to install version 1.40 of Switch in the applications folder, I get the information that I don't have suffucient privileges for some of the items.

Well... I have admin privileges in this computer. So, I cannot understand why I get this message.

It never happened before with any other application. I have tried to install another app after that and I had no problem.

What's the matter with this version of Switch?

EL-CRAVITO  Well... It seems to me that I have found the solution:

Delete the previous version of Switch from your applications folder and then install this new one. Otherwise, it won't allow you to install it, even if you have admin privileges.

Still not Universal Binary... almost three years after Apple switched to Intel processors.

EL-CRAVITO  This is an EXCELLENT audio formats converter.

I give it three stars only because it still does not run natively on Intel Macs (two years after Apple switched to Intel processors). It takes so long to launch on my Intel-based iMac...

Please make it Universal Binary. Please...

JWW  I tried this tool myself when I was looking for an app to convert WMA to MP3 or AAC. In searching different tools I came across this review from Dave Taylor (http://www.askdavetaylor.com/convert_mac_wma_audio_files_to_mp3.html).

I found this app extremely easy to use: just select your files or folder and a new audio file format and convert.
