JRWHO  I am definitely using this for April Fool's! I'm gonna put it on my dad's MacBook and set it to launch on startupÂ… good times.

DARTH BROOKS  EEK! I've seen only only one of these under an early version of Tiger; Panther several. Very realistic, lots of fun, put this in someone's StartupItems. Wait, did I say that?

KANKEI71  This app could be used to show and explain to someone new on Mac what is a KP and what to do in a case a KP occur.

You see, it has educational purpose now ;)

FRANCKY76  Yes, it's exactly what i am going to use it for. KP is a very unsual situation and must be recognised by newbies. Thanks to the develloper.

ZANGIEF  Precisely. The app doesn't do anything, the person who holds down power does.

CABERLIN  Those apps are NOT "harmless" as the author thinks.

If a user who does not know that this toy is interfering (collegue, family) resets the computer, and looses valuable unsaved work, that's no fun.

CHADCN  Guns don't kill people, people kill people. This app doesn't cause harm, people do.

CABERLIN  What you are actually doing here is to comparing this with a GUN. You just proved me right, thanks. hehe *g*

But this is wrong thinking: This is not a weapon. This is a toy with maybe hazardous side effects that playful users might not consider when trying it out.

DOUG S.  The only actual damage that could be done by this program is if someone had a heart condition and thought it was real. That could be a problem...

Otherwise, side from shortening your life by a few minutes, it's harmless.
