Version 1.4: Added -s to set default handlers from command line arguments. * Added -x to print default application information for a given file extension. Based on public domain source code from Keith Alperin of heliumfoot.com. * Before setting a default handler for a UTI, check to make sure the UTI conforms to a system UTI hierarchy.
