DESCRIPTION
xMod allows users to modify the Leopard operating system's hidden settings, through a simple interface, thus avoiding the command line. xMod also has tools to perform vital system diagnostics.
Upgrades currently being worked on:
- More dynamic previews.
- Expansions of the Clean panel.
- Even more great hidden settings!
In other news, I am working on a prototype Menubar application, tentatively called "Lil' xMod." If you would like to download the latest build, visit this link: geekpeaksoftware.com/Lil' xMod.zip
Please send me any feedback you have, to Suggestions@geekpeaksoftware.com
I am also working on a new panel for xMod, an iTunes panel. It would include automation scripts and a few hidden preferences. Good idea? Bad idea? Send your thoughts to Suggestions@geekpeaksoftware.com
WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.5: I have added two new panels: The iTunes panel (still small) and the Directory panel (very useful). In the FInder panel, there are also new dynamic previews and descriptions, though I will be adding more in the next version.
REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 10.5 or later.

GEORGEWS Great job Carter! I love the new version, the little icons that show the changes in the finder panel are very useful. The new iTunes panel is simple but fun. The directory has pointed me towards lots of great sites! The only things I would change would be adding more screenshots to the previews, and making it so that you didn't have to restart to change the menu bar color. Thanks for making it so easy to do lots of cool stuff to my Mac! (Version 1.5)

CARTERA The most recent version was Intel Only, and that was a mistake. If anyone is having problems with that, just re-download it, it should be fixed now. It seems the new version of XCode has a new configuration setting....which I didn't know about. Oh well, it's working now. Thanks for your support and donations (all 3 of them)! I am sorry this update has taken so long, but school has been really demanding lately. A 12 year old developer can only accomplish so much in his time after school. (Version 1.4)

DJEFIS I advise everybody to try this software. Really special, the menu bar as white, as for Tiger. Has left me an excellent impression, as to the developers. 5 stars. (Version 1.4)

WMARDIS This application won't run on my QuickSilver DP 1 GHz G4, but I see nothing to indicate that it requires an Intel processor. (Version 1.2)

CARTERA I just tested that, and it doesn't seem to reload the color of the Menu Bar. You still need to restart the computer. (Version 1.1)

CARTERA Tried that. As far as I can tell, there isn't one. But if someone knows what it's called, I'll add it... (Version 1.1)
