BUGSMAN (I ZAP GERMS)  I have been using YouSendIt.com to do exactly this for a long time, and it's free for files up to 100Mb. To send multiple files that are 100Mb Gracion Enclose is better value for money, as the minimum YouSendIt upgrade is $10/mo.

What bothers me is that this is a beta, for $34, that uploads to a server of the user's choosing, such as .Mac, so a careful price comparison is called for before deciding whether to go for this.

Personally, I would never pay for a beta release.

PAUL COLLINS  Thanks for the comments and useful cost/benefit analysis. One correction: Enclose is NOT beta software - Enclose 1.0 was released February 2008 and has had several updates since then. Beta versions are sometimes posted, but there's always a final release available. And now, I've lowered the price to $15.
