DockLock is a small application that sits on your Dock and with a single click will lock or unlock your Dock. Perfect for those - like me! - who are constantly dragging things off the Dock by accident!
CASTLE Plus, nothing DockLock does can be done in System Prefs, and everything Onyx can do that DockLock does too is still free in DockLock 2.0. It's HOW DockLock does what it does that it's useful for, not so much WHAT it does. (Version 2.0)
CASTLE I think you have misunderstood what DockLock is and what it's for. It is designed to let you choose which features of your Dock you want locked or unlocked and to lock or unlock them for you with 1 click of the mouse. You should not need to bring up the preferences window often, and many (most?) users of DockLock will not need to register. Please actually make an effort to try out and to understand an applicaton before judging if it is worth the shareware fee. (Version 2.0)
