DANNY_2  I like this app a lot, as an iTunes controller i prefer it it over CoverSutra. The Cover Flow is great, the art on the desktop is great, the controls in the menubar are great, like I said: I like it a lot. There's just one thing I don't like about it: after a few hours of playing music Cover Stream turns out to be an immense memory hog: it consumes 1.5 GB of memory! I have to quit the app to reclaim my memory. Anyone seeing this problem? I'll write the developer about it, otherwise it's back to CoverSutra for me. 3 stars for now.

ROB.H  Great little app and one I would buy if it wasn't for the fact that it crashes all the time.

VDANEN  I like the idea behind this app, and I like it better than some alternatives, but it crashes on me almost daily. =(

DJEFIS  Beautiful software, continually improves.

Thanks to the attention of the Developer!

It is my opinion that it represents the good partner for iTunes.

FROMAGE-HEAD  A search on the entire library will be good (without selecting anything, maybe a preference to have this behaviour). Also there is too much crap (bezel notifications, artwork on the desktop, player in the menu) to turn off at start for a thing supposed to not interrupt my workflow. I don't need the visual in the menu too.

So for now I prefer coversutra because of the better search (for my tastes).

STAKADUSH  Been using it for quite a while now, and it's been working almost flawlessly. The support from the developer was kind and fast.

After I first purchased it, there was a bug which caused it to crash all the time on PPC. I got a full refund without even asking for one, and was told by developer I can keep using my serial. :)

A fix came in no time, also for other small bugs I reported which made me decide to pay for it again.

Only thing that doesn't work for me yet are the shuffle and repeat buttons. Still, because of it's usefulness, fast & friendly support and my belief that these bugs will be polished off, I give this one a 5 star rating. :)

2SHAE  I like how the Album art looks on your desktop including the showing of ratings (which coversutra doesn't have)

But can use an extremely high amount of memory over time or when you skip songs...around 350MB!!!

And it will stay there.

Don't know if it's because I use Shuffle Mode for iTunes, but still this is ridiculous.

JELLYBELLY  I wish it could set CMD+, as a hotkey to bring up controller. I'd like to replace CoverSutra with Cover Stream but my set hotkeys are CMD+. for QuickSilver, CMD+/ and CMD+space for Shovebox, CMD+, for CoverSutra. So having a new hotkey for controlling music will be an odd transition. It's a simple request. I wish it's granted. :P
