Mjograph is a simple but highly functional 2D plotting program. MjoGraph is well-customized for scientists or researchers who work with computer simulations and want to visulalize results quickly and easily. What's more, Mjograph offers a lot of tools to create beautiful graphs.
Main features:
plain user interface
just drag and drop data file(s) you want to plot
interactive zoom and scroll with the use of mouse action
export as EPS, PNG, etc.
simple tools to draw annotation objects (line, circle, and text)
directly embed mathematical expressions
various plotting methods (line, pulses, step, region, and spline)
GYNNY MjoGraph doesn't work on my MacBookPro (2.16 GHz; 2GB; OS 10.6.1).
It stopped working after the installation of OS 10.6. After starting MjoGraph it "disappears" after one or two seconds. Very sad because I like MjoGraph. Any idea? (Version 3.4.1)

SJHA This seems a potentially useful application. But I couldn't find any way to add error bars to the graphs. That would rule it out for much scientific data presentation if this facility is not available. (Version 3.3)
GYNNY Really good app!! Though it got a lot of features, it is very, very easy to handle - stable - plotting in many different ways - unbelievable: it is free!
If you have a lot of data and you want to plot them: Try MoGraph - you will no longer search for another program.
Congratulations to Mr. Tanahashi amd thank you! (Version 3.2.3)
