DESCRIPTION
KavaServices adds commands to the Services menu that let you:
  • Translate text back and forth between several languages
  • Encode special characters into HTML entities or URL links
  • Calculate mathematical expressions
  • Convert currencies and other units
  • Sort lines and remove duplicates
  • Convert to lowercase, uppercase or title case
  • Convert accented characters to plain ASCII text
  • Execute terminal commands
These commands will replace the selected text in any Mac OS X application, just like magic. You don't need to switch to a different program, or even copy and paste. For example, you can even translate part of a web page or an incoming mail message.

KATUZERO  add new search services menu doesn't work in safari.

XENOS  what do devs actually think ?

this immature, unfinished creature of Snow Leo has appeared few weeks ago and leaves a whole mass of users that find themselves anable to use their needed applications and from one day to the other new versions of soooo many progs are Snow-Leo-only !!!

it is due to divergent program code, i know, but this is just NOT AN ACCEPTABLE POLICY !!!

it is not fair to leave all those behind that - seen the fact that the new OS is not applicable yet - are waiting for a usable operating system.

SHOCK J  $25? Really? For a simply services addon? Try this... WordService (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/10523/wordservice) and CalcService (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/10524/calcservice) from DEVON technologies. BOTH ARE FREE!!!

JAZZYGUY  Great!!!! Thanks for the tip! This Developer is very GREEDY! He only allows you to put your registration on ONE Mac. So if you have a desktop and a laptop you are not allowed to register it but on ONE MAC!
