ACCOUNTCLOSED  Potentially a worthwhile app, but it fails to remember holiday prefs setting. Specifically, holiday days are displayed reversed, and this can get pretty cluttered. User settings give the impression that holidays can be turned off, but the program reverts to showing holidays on system reboot (though oddly, not on program restart during the same session). Developer has failed to respond to requests for support—always a turnoff. Low rating reflects bugginess and developer unresponsiveness. Suggested alternative: MyMenuDate.

BRENTRN  Not very functional on a Dual G5 PPC desktop with 10.5. Crashes when advancing month or when trying to change display from one month to two months.

SMUFFLE  Nice piece of software but no Monday first day option? I thought this was the de facto standard option in calendar programs.

ETOTHEPIEQUALSMINUSONE  I'm not sure when it was added, but you can certainly start your week on Monday (or any day) in the preferences now.
