KINGADROCK  Great little application. It works well but it has some minor quirks I'd like to see addressed:

- I'd like to be able to change the folder icons.

- I'd love to be able to sort the folders and create sub folders.

- Icons are weak and blah.

Again, those are the minor issues I have with the app. Overall it's very good. It's snappy quick and seems to be very stable. And I love the simplicity of it.

I'm a Yojimbo user, I'd like to switch to ShoveBox full time but the thought of transferring a thousand Yojimbo clips into ShoveBox is holding me back.

SUNSTARS  Was a bit hesitant at first, have tried many similar apps with varying amount of bells and whistles, but in the end simplicity and a well thought out interface won me over. The demo was brilliant by allowing a set amount of notes/bookmarks/pdf and not silly x amount of days limitations that many other products have. Had a small issue with ShoveBox that the developer solved for me within one day.

ROBBNASHVILLE  I have grown to depend on ShoveBox to keep myself organized. I own both the desktop version and the iPhone version. It does everything it should do and more.I am totally happy with both versions of the program. Because I am a well-organized individual, I need something I can depend on. Before discovering ShoveBox, I used EverNote and even paid for the pro version. I bought ShoveBox because I had issues with EverNote being "down" too much for my tastes and because I had to refresh EverNote for the iPhone each time I wanted to see the latest version of my note. This does not happen with ShoveBox because syncs are performed between the desktop & iPhone versions directly instead of going through a cloud, so to speak. EVEN BETTER, I upgraded to Mac OS X 10.5.7 last night which produced a syncing conflict. I wrote to the developer about 7 PM CDT. He replied almost immediately telling me he was working on a fix. When I got up this morning, he had already developed a fix. That was quick! This developer obviously takes pride in his work. I recommend this program to anyone.

There are indeed a few adjustments to be done in order

TOMDOHERTY  This app is a must for all Mac users. Developer is very responsive. I highly recommend this product. Note: The 'Update' option in Preferences does not reveal the current version.

CA  Easy to use and very useful to grab little pieces of information from the web. It's easy to create an import rule, even for a computer idiot like me :P

I recommend ShoveBox!

I rate its value at 4 only because there's room left for improvements. For example, I'd like to edit the labels. But don't get me wrong, this is an excellent piece of software. Congratulations to the developer.

TOMDOHERTY  I chose to install the v1.5 update via the 'Software Update' option in ShoveBox preferences. However, when I rerun the software update I get a message stating that "ShoveBox 1.5.0 is now available (you have 1.5). Would you like to download it now?". Any suggestions? Otherwise a brilliant app.
