VESPERDEM  So did it turn out to be free like the site says? I downloaded this earlier and after running it under Parallels, it asked me for a license code. I'm guessing it's not *FREE* as the site here claims and in fact, it's around $300.

GREG RAVEN  Well, it is free to download (unlike on the JumpBox site, where you have to be a payable subscriber to download this box, and you can install it in your VM (I have it set up in VirtualBox), but after it loads and gives you the IP address, that's it. The IP address doesn't respond, and neither does the "admin" https page at port 3000. Fortunately, it's pretty darned easy to set up an instance of WordPress, even if you have to install MySQL, MAMP, XAMPP, etc.
