This usually means the port is used by some other application. When you get this message and press "Yes", LH-ABC will try to use the next port (+1). If you choose "No", the GUI will come up (giving you the opportunity to change your network preferences), but any attempt to start a torrent will bring up the error (it shouldn't, I will fix it). Please change your port to some other value and test it again. - Don't set ipv6 on if you only have ipv4 - Don't set UPnP if you don't have a router / your router doesn't support it.
