EMMYB  People are complaining about the interface. Filezilla has always had an ugly interface, even by Windows standards. However, you don't get it for the interface, you get it for the amazing array of unusual features, such as ftp over SSL using non-standard ports for both the SSL initiation and the ftp transfer.  (Version 3.0.9.3)

FOLLEREC  Aside from the looks, this is probably one of the best FTP client on the Mac right now. It's fast and stable. I've migrated from Cyberduck because Cyberduck doesn't have the 2-pane interface I am used to and need to properly manually sync up folders.

Things that do need fixing:

1. Icon theme! The icons are replaceable... I hope someone creates Mac-looking icons for this.

2. The Site Manager interface is horrible... too Windows-ish. Could definitely use some simplification and usability improvements.

3. General UI look... most probably because of wxWidgets.

4. Site Manager doesn't use Keychain. Not a requirement, but would add to security, as right now FileZilla uses a plaintext XML to save everything... including passwords.  (Version 3.0.5.1)

FERNANDOFILHO  Fast, reliable. In fact 10 times faster than Cyberduck. And less buggy. The only point here is that Filezille has the worst interface ever. No customizable, horrible icons. Is this the ugliest interface ever or what? Sorry to complain, but we Mac users are used to work with elegant designs and great interface. They should at last make some themes available to change that... Shouldn't they?  (Version 3.0.2)
