FRODO_LIFE  yes would also pay reasonable fee for good CRM but the UI is shocking so please create something with a decent mac UI and the features of ACT and I will buy ASAP.

SUNRISE  Thank you for briefly reviewing SUNRISE Contacts 2008.

It seems after listening to your comments that compared to other address books made with FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Access and even some commercial CRMs by other developers, that our UI design is basically at the bottom of the pack. This certainly differs markedly from comments by other users who have been pleased with the UI design. At any rate, we will endeavour to improve the product to meet any requirements or suggestions you have.

For example, you mentioned the Mac UI and how you would like any Mac software product to conform to Mac UI principles.

Without trying to justify our UI design, we strongly encourage you to send us specific details of areas in our UI design that you would like to see different. In fact, if you give us enough information (with examples) and the reasons are valid and sensible, we will be happy not only to make those changes, but we would be willing to give you a full working version of the product to keep if you like.

If we don't hear from you again, thanks for at least downloading and looking at our product, even if the UI design does not quite meet your needs at this moment in time.

FIGMAN04  Ok...we are all looking for a great mac CRM...true CRM....not a sort-of CRM...

Bring it on Sunrise and you could be just that...what we need is...

I took your survey...but wanted to say more!

1. A better UI

2. Full Integration with iapps (that way we have iphone integration built in)

3. COMPLETE upward flow of ALL relationships (if I have a contact..I want toknow everything they are involved in)

4. A calendar with Tasks on tha actual calendar not next to it

5. True sales flow with follow-up dialogues

As a matter of fact...if you would invest $100 and run ACT! on a pc...learn what it does...and then take your program and mimic ACT!'s style and then make it mac-like...believe me you would be RICH!

:)

SUNRISE  Thanks for reviewing SUNRISE Contacts 2008.

We understand from your comments how you would like to see a better UI design (your number 1 suggestion).

Because we like to improve SUNRISE Contacts 2008 and push the boundaries of what is achievable in CRMs using the FileMaker Pro platform, we welcome not only your comments and wish list but also any specific suggestions and examples you may have on how to improve the product.

For instance, would you like to see the buttons designed differently? Do you want the Aqua-look, or something else? Do you want to see pictures/icons in the buttons? Are the colours for the fields and fonts suitable?

To give you an example, we have noticed how you were not able to see the "tasks within the calendar" layout. We suspect this could be because the layout navigation buttons are small and you weren't able to see them clearly. If this was the case, we will consider the menu commands "Previous layout..." and "Next Layout..." as an alternative to the layout navigation buttons.

Do you have other ideas for a better UI design? Send them through.

Who knows? You may even earn yourself a free copy of SUNRISE Contacts 2008 for you to keep.

We will also keep in mind your other comments and stay tuned....SUNRISE Contacts 2008 can only get better from here on end.
