GINA CHIOVETTA iScrapbook 2.0 is an excellent product and their support staff matches up to their product! They have a nice assortment of pre-designed templates to choose from. I also like their online store (iscrapbook.com) which has a few predesigned templates as well. These you have to purchase though (but not expensive at all). Their online store also has (at a very inexpensive price) kits that are available which include paper, embellishments, word art, etc.. that you can you over and over for various projects. The great thing about the kits is that they are interchangeable. So you can use paper from one kit and embellishments or word art from another. The possibilities are endless. There is a sample kit that comes with the product but its just enough to make you realize that you need and will want more kits. Their support staff has been Extremely helpful to me as well! I have no complaints about their support! I contacted the support department twice and both times they have helped me where I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to do digital scrapbooking! I am very satisfied with this product.
