TSANTEE  Beware of this company. They do not respond to any submissions on their contact page and do not provide a phone number or street address. Their site claimed I was entitled to a free upgrade from version 1 to version 2 but my submissions are ignored. There is no way to reach them. The software works fine but this is the worst customer service I've ever encountered from a software developer.

TSANTEE  I found their phone number. They are located in Park City, Utah at 435-615-7335. There is no answer when the number is called. This company may not be operating except for its online store.

GINA CHIOVETTA  iScrapbook 2.0 is an excellent product and their support staff matches up to their product!

They have a nice assortment of pre-designed templates to choose from.

I also like their online store (iscrapbook.com) which has a few predesigned templates as well. These you have to purchase though (but not expensive at all).

Their online store also has (at a very inexpensive price) kits that are available which include paper, embellishments, word art, etc.. that you can you over and over for various projects. The great thing about the kits is that they are interchangeable. So you can use paper from one kit and embellishments or word art from another. The possibilities are endless. There is a sample kit that comes with the product but its just enough to make you realize that you need and will want more kits.

Their support staff has been Extremely helpful to me as well! I have no complaints about their support! I contacted the support department twice and both times they have helped me where I was 100% satisfied.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to do digital scrapbooking! I am very satisfied with this product.

TIM.DEHRING  This is actually a very good program at scrapbooking. Very easy to use with good support from the developers if you have a question or 2. Overall, not a bad product for the price.

RAY BURG  My wife uses this product for her scrap booking. She finds it easy and stable for her work, but it does not have downloadable extra pages.

There does not seem to be much development on this product just as of yet so it may be worth while watching and waiting and hoping more is done on this product that seems to have some potential.
