    K0T1K  My trusty G4 which was used as a web/mail server by Leaping Bytes,

    just went down hard. I am trying to figure out what to do about it.

    K0T1K  UPDATE: e-mail is working again. Web site is working too. The only thing which is not working is licensing. Should be back in business in next 24 hours (or less)

    DAVID.ACORD  "connection will remain for only 15 minutes in this beta" - not my idea of a good trial of it.. when you play WoW, it's generally for more than 15 minutes at a time.

    K0T1K  First of all, this is beta/demo. This limit will be removed in "production" version.

    What kind of "restrictions" will you prefer?

    K0T1K  I do hope to have activation mechanism in place sometime this week (Apr 30). Once it is done, Leaping Bytes will offer free trial license which will last for couple weeks at the least (still working on exact number).

    E_COMMERCE  Geez - a partially functional tunneling program, which will ultimately cost money when it's simple to do yourself for free. Wow indeed...

    K0T1K  No one claims that it is something which never been done before and/or could not be done in different way. But none of the methods discussed on Mac OS X Hints site qualified as "convenient" and/or "simple" (at least for none-geek audience). WoW2GO is nothing but simple "shrinked-wrapped" solution to the well known problem.

    The best thing about shareware software is that you do not have to buy it if you do not want it. I do hope that some people will agree to part with small amount of cash for the sake of convenience.

    VEGGIEDUDE  Doesn't look simple to me! I think I would pay for the convenience of the program, but I don't have the need for it right now.
