ALAN AP  I suggest to make sure to deinterlace your video before putting it through Motion JWii. Otherwise the mice teeth from the interlaced frames look even worse in playback on the Wii.

Also to comment, I don't know about anyone else's Wii, but I can only seem to get a maximum capacity of 2GB SD cards to work. This is a useful program, but I think the Wii needs to have larger storage features to make it worth while (I blame Nintendo, not Motion JWii for that one). Due to this, under the default setting using Mencoder I pretty much only get to watch about a television episode's worth of content per SD card.   (Version 0.9.6.1)
