EASER  I think the more interesting feature is the markers. I would like to add to my previous review that the author has been very responsive to my e-mail requests regarding additional features. My sense is that he really wants this to be a quality program and is open to ideas. At least I know there will be ongoing support for the program.

MARK_CAIRNS  Decent initial release but years too late to market when the mature AMAZING SLOW DOWNER just does it so much more professionally.

      ****.

ENDE42  Nice! Does what it says.

SloMo playback is cool. 75% sounds very ok. 50% and 25% are a bit worse.

iTunes playlist support would be even better.

20 bucks is a bit pricey for my non-professional use. I would by it immediatelly if I would have to transcript interviews or song-texts for a living. Or if MU had it as a 10 buck promo ;)

EASER  I think this has potential. Of the various iTunes alternatives out there, I like this one for several features. Primarily, it's nice to be able to set markers easily in order to repeat just snippets of a song. Also, both the pitch and tempo settings are exceptionally smooth. I would have expected some jumpiness when switching them, but no, they are flawless.

However, given that iTunes now provides gapless play, I'm pretty spoiled. I would hope that SSAudioPlayer can incorporate this feature. I'd also like to see it have some kind of equalizer or, ideally, to allow VST plug-in effects. Again, given that I use VolumeLogic, I'm kind of spoiled.
