ROB.H  I am using this on a Mac Pro running Leopard 10.5.6 and using a Logitech QuickCam Vision Pro.

Works well with Skype (beta version 2.8.0.324) so long as I configure everything such as the effects I want to use, before launching Skype. It's a shame you can't change video effects during a call, for some reason it doesn't work - I have to end the call, change the effects, then start a new call. Also, trying to switch Skype from the CamTwist back to the default Logitech webcam while CamTwist is running causes Skype to 'quit unexpectedly'. My other problem is that everything comes out reversed, so text displays backwards.

On the whole very pleased with it despite the glitches, and it's a bargain given that it's free. It's worth a donation, but I see there have been no updates for nearly a year so am not sure if the developer is still around?

GORELETS  This is one of the neatest programs that are out there for playing with the webcam that came with your MacBook... although it was a bit complex to set up at first, once I figured it out, I was able to easily use it during a 'video interview' to great effect. Don't overlook this cool piece of eye candy software! You can also apply the effects in photobooth!

YASHRG  how do I uninstall it completely? I have supposedly removed it and all dependent components using clean app and the option it still there inside skype and yahoo. in adium, it doesn't even have the option to switch to regular camera when taking video snapshot for display pic!!!

YASHRG  no, I was hoping I could get some help by the visitors here. the people/person in charge of this software is very helpful though, I had a problem once before and he had emailed me the solution... got to dig through gmail archives and find his email again now.

MAC0852  To remove, you need only junk whats in your app folder, plus the camtwist.component QT plugin which is in your HD>Library>QuickTime folder

That should be everything.

MITCH_DE  Really great.

Also works with USB-Webcams.

Would be perfekt if there will be an RGB-Adjust CI Filter to adjust colour cast.
