PEDRO FARDILHA I'll refrain myself from reviewing this right now, or probably I would be a little unfair. But I can tell you one thing: Let's just hope that you never need their support assistance!! Protogo doesn't work on my new MacBook Pro so I went to their forum area. There I read that they were aware of that and that I should contact the sales department. Their sales department said that I should register myself on their website and AFTER that I needed to register my product. Only then I could ask for help. Ok, that made (some) sense so I went there and registered myself and guess what I found after that? Protogo is NOT available to be registered. Again I ask for help by email and they said they would register it for me. Fine! I send my serial number as asked and my user name and waited for the registration process. They gave me a new registration username but still no option to register Protogo and still no option to try to find out why I need help using my help application!!! Pedro Fardilha (Version 1.0.3) |
