DESCRIPTION
Asthma Logbook X is a free, or charity donation-ware, logbook for tracking and reporting asthma related events: peak flow level, inhaler puffs/units (for two inhalers), medication taken, breathing difficulty, general health, events and notes.

It's your data so you can export the data as a text file and re-import data, currently only from Asthma Logbook X export files.

Five types of reports are available: detailed list, summary lists for each day period, peak flow logbook, plus graphs and notes.

Asthma Logbook X is freeware, but donations to Diabetes UK, http://www.diabetes.org.uk/Get_involved/Donate/, are welcome as this will help my young son who has Type 1 diabetes.

    AMERGIN  For anyone suffering from asthma this is a great product. I'd also recommend that you look up buteyko on the web as you might be suffering unnecessarily.

    TUISHIMI  Sounds like a useful app. Can you record triggers and such - or is that what the comments are for?

    NESFIELD  Currently, the 'event' list can be used for pre-set triggers etc. and elaborated by the 'comments' field.

    I haven't tracked triggers myself, in fact tracking peak flow is difficult enough for me :-) I'm hoping that the logbook will make me track it more often.
