Version 3.0.1: - Fixes a problem that could leave extraneous "&" characters in custom HTML inserted into page content.
- Now properly uses QuickStyles that include spaces in their names.
- Fixed a problem with using QuickStyles with default text characteristics as "class" identifiers for custom HTML inserted into page content.
- Fixed a problem with faulty HTML encoding of some non-ASCII characters in page text.
- Fixed a problem with incorrect styling for a framed contents page the first time you export a Help book after launching Simple Help Editor.
- Added "Reset" button to color palette to reset colors to defaults.
