  • Translation algorithm is much faster ( O(n) time with sequence length).

    MICK JONES  A very nice and useful molecular biology uitility.

    I found that that the nuceic acid sequence had to entered as lower case letters.

    I hope the next version has this ability to mtoggle between upper and lower cases.
