ANON BUD  Color me extremely disappointed. I just upgraded to 3.01 and completely lost a year’s worth of data.

WHEN UPGRADING: DO NOT COPY THE ENTIRE FOLDER OVER YOUR PREVIOUS ONE AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DATA. BACKUP EVERYTHING. I thought I had, but the backup file is gone.

I liked the program, despite it’s unMac-like appearance.

The developer is responsive to support. Unfortunately he won’t be able to do anything to help me get my database back.

DIGITAL FURY  Very much agree with globetrotterdk review. While the application in itself is stable, it doesn't have a Mac "look & feel" to it, Metric definitely seems to be an afterthought (some fields are duplicated for both systems in some views), and the user interface is complex and not very esthetically pleasing; while at the same time not being customizable. Furthermore there is currently no way to import data from Garmin and Polar HR monitors and the food database is simplistic at best. Overall the tool is not bad and the underlying all-in-one concept is sound, it is nevertheless quirky, incomplete and rather on the expensive side.

GLOBETROTTERDK  Possible to add many kinds of health/fitness/workout data. Expensive. Layout doesn't live up to what make users are accustomed to and the app is counter intuitive. Metric measurement preferences seem to be an afterthought, are difficult to find and do not function well. Lacks ability to use comma as decimal point. No 24 hr clock preference. Uses a very basic USDA foods database with no EU or metric alternative for non-US residents.

First priority for the developer should be to provide better support for users outside of the US. Second priority should be to provide the ability to add diagrams of weightlifting equipment to each exercise in the workout list. (Try looking at http://www.exerciseorganizer.com/ )Third priority should be to create an interface that is more intuitive and conforms to Apple standards.

Despite my comments, I believe this software has potential. It is also nice to see that OS X Tiger is fully supported.

GLOBETROTTERDK  Woops. Should read: "Layout doesn't live up to what Mac users are accustomed to..."
