REDDOG99 Tried it on a Mac Pro & a G4 Powerbook. Doesn't work. Either, the resulting file creates a "Safari cant open the page http://docx-converter.com/ error , or it just doesn't convert at all. Original file can be opened with Textedit. (Version 1.1)
So please explain how one can drop something onto a widget, since the desktop is, by definition, greyed out and unusable when the dashboard is on... (Version 1.1)
MACUPDATE ADMIN The 'More Information' link on the MacUpdate page for this software takes you to the developer site where there is a tutorial. (Version 1.1)

FREDDUCKER Supposedly widgets are here to make simple actions, and make one's life simpler by not having to download and run a stand-alone application to do small chores... so I believe using them should be intuitive and easy. I will read the tutorial and learn to use it, but I think my comments still make a point. (Version 1.1)

BRADSMITH74 A number of widgets allow you to drag and drop files onto them. To do this, begin with the dashboard NOT showing. Click on the file to convert and begin to drag it. While continuing to hold down the mouse button, hit F12 (or whatever key you have assigned to activate the dashboard). You'll notice that the dashboard will appear, and you'll still have the file mid-drag. Finish by dragging the file into the widget's "drop zone" and then release the mouse button. (Version 1.1)
