DESCRIPTION

Relationship helps people organize and manage their contact information, titles (roles, i.e., CEO, Manager, Worker, etc.), campaigns, and resources quickly and easily. It has all the features required for personal or small business uses.

Relationship is perfect for those who don't have much time to learn complex customer relationship management applications. It is an easy-to-use and yet powerful application that lets you collect information about your customers, partners, and suppliers, organize contacts by groups and Smart Groups, add custom columns or subcolumns to groups, sync contacts with Apple's Address Book, manage events, write and send e-mails, manage campaigns for contacts, manage associations, add attachments and notes to contacts, import tab-delimited files, and export v-cards.

WHAT'S NEW

• Fixed powerpc bug with not showing groups.
• Fixed some interface problems.
• Fixed problem with "All / Any" in the smart groups.
• Fixed problems with sending e-mails.
• Other minor improvements and bug fixes.

OLIPOWER  This is a Jumsoft product. Jumsoft also makes the list/notebook app called Process, which looks so nice from the outside, but so many people have lost data due to data-corruption in Process. I had a major problem when my final exam writings document suddenly would not open due to an error! And their support has never answered any enquiry, not even pre-sales questions!

Relationship seems to be same story with a different name, judging from the comments below. And yes, I did try Relationship, and it does not integrate with Apple Address Book, which makes it a no-go for me, since AB provides sync with mobile devices via iSync. Gotta have my contacts on the road.

KLAGRECA  Doesn't work a lick for me either. That doesn't reflect well on quality...

JOHNGORDON  Might be good if it worked ...

Pretty dumb releasing the product without having tested whether it can actually be opened or not.

My opinion only.

COCOANUT  I'm locked out of trying this because I tried the previous beta version and now the new beta won't start because it says my "trial has expired".

This type of heavy-handed registration is bad enough when applied to shipping versions of products, but when applied to beta releases it makes the developer look absolutely foolish.

RONALDJOHN  Why don't you guys finish one program before starting another? I have your project manager Process and I never use because it's so buggy and update don't seem to happen very often.
