Artist's Butler is a studio manager for any artist or photographer. Most artists I know avoid the ugly, business side of making art. This includes documenting and maintaining an inventory of each item produced or sold, maintaining your resumè to include your most recent exhibits, preparing slides and invitations, keeping your mailing list up-to-date, preparing price lists and consignment sheets for customers and galleries, and maintaining orderly correspondence. You know the list goes on and on.
With Artist's Butler you still have to do this stuff, but it sure does make it all easier and faster. In addition, reports printed or emailed from Artist's Butler all smell very professional, regardless of the state of your studio.

GPLLP Artist’s Butler has helped me to organize my art sales, edition log, inventory, and clients. It’s worth every penny of it’s cost. The developer is responsive and receptive to new ideas. This package offers software functionality I’ve been wanting for many years...it’s a dream come true. (Version 2.6)
TUISHIMI I have not tried it yet, but it is a good idea. I have been meaning to write exactly the same program for several years now... I'd even gotten a partial gui written (in Python/wxWidgets) but I keep losing interest in the project.
Good for you for writing it! My wife is an artist, I'll have to download it for her. (Version 2.0)
