JMH1  this is more a question than a comment:

Trying out this software on Mac with Dial-up

invokes the modem to connect to internet.

Is not this a feature of spyware?

    No offense intended.  (Version 1.0.1)

ENFAMED  Finally, a player that keeps audio and video in sync! Plus, great controls, and the video is resizable. To get fullscreen, download megazoomer.  (Version 1.0.1)

KIDDAILEY  Seems to work pretty well and has a nice interface. Works better than VLC anyway, since it doesn't popup all those errors and crash repeatedly. The player window is resizable and scales the movie accordingly while maintaining the aspect ratio. It also lets you open multiple videos at one time rather than being confined to a single player window.

There are two minor issues though. The first being that on many of the newer FLV files, the player doesn't always give you the video scrubber or let you fast forward/rewind. Which means you also can't see how far along in the video you are. The app also seems to load the entire video into RAM rather than "streaming" it from disk.

All in all though, probably one of the better stand-alone FLV players out there.  (Version 1.0.1)
