JOHNNY ROCKET  ah ha! per the developers website, which I should've checked first, YABI doesn't work with Leopard yet, but he's working on version 3.0. OK, no problem, I'll wait patiently. :)

JOHNNY ROCKET  Just ran this again to update some birthday info, this time however under Leopard, 10.5.2. It has the birthdays going from the year the person was born to the year 2030. MAJOR flaw!

JOHNNY ROCKET  I fixed it by deleting the following directory and restarting YABI...

      ~/Library/Application Support/YABI_ng

UNIXO  Version 2.7 should also addresses this problem.

FOLLEREC  Seems there's a bug with 2.6.2 where pressing the "Resync" toolbar button will always show all your Address Book entries as "New Item".

      Anyone else seeing this?

APPLEDOGX  It works perfectly and addresses the short comings of Apple's fairly useless reminders.

      ****.

L-I-N-K  AppleÂ’s Birthday "Importer" is ridiculous - it offers no reminders.

YABI does add almost all missing features of this and even goes one step beyond: it will add a calender entry for your anniversay, too.

The only thing I am missing: If the phone number(s) were already in the description I wouldnÂ’t have to open the adressbook entry..

MAVERICK  I like it, it is easy tu use and does what it promises. I would add an alarm support, other than that, this is good!
