DESCRIPTION
Desk Doctor is a new method of tackling RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) that helps detect and rehabilitate RSI problems before users notice any pain.
With the program, computer users can avoid the chronic illnesses, including carpal tunnel syndrome, associated with RSI - modern-day workplace epidemics. Users of Desk Doctor periodically take the program's built-in Assessment that employs a series of orthopaedic tests.
It compiles a personalised prevention and rehabilitation program from a library of 100 exercises. Desk Doctor prompts users to perform exercises, from time-to-time, at a frequency matched to the intensity they are working.
