JB4  All aces for me.

For the last several updates, I've had no problems.

I send MP3 files fairly regularly as part of a web cast I do and this is just what I need.

simple.... free and it works.

KIWILEGAL  Have used Pando for a number of years. Has become increasingly unreliable and troublesome. Giving up on it, despite being a current Pro paying member. Have had many exchanges with Peter in support over the years, who does a fine job. Shame about the programme.

JMSUIJKERBUIJK  Am I the only one who keeps getting these errors? Or am I, more likely, the last one who even tries to install this utility? Again: "error: the BOM file for the package “Pando.pkg” does not seem to exist."

FINALLY RETIRED  It would be nice if the developer gave us a rest and "ganged" his updates so that we don't have to download updates every "Monday and Thursday." Each tweak can't be that earth shaking that it requires an immediate .01, .02 update. Batch a bunch of tweaks and increment by.5.

LEE123  I hate those "me too" posts but I totally agree with the last post. Please stop the constant updates.

MACUPDATE ADMIN  And how 'bout those release notes that are never provided by the developer? If they exist, I sure can't find them.

KOSOVAR1  YES! Stop! We know it's all about your getting free advertising, but you should earn the right to keep posting Pando by improving the product and posting notes about what you've improved or fixed.

ALEXIUSCA  This is awfully complex, and after signing up has a real veneer of 'slimy sales tactics'

I recommend quickshareit.com

Super mac friendly, simple, freeee!

LEE123  "complex" This program could not be easier to use. I actually have my mom using it and she does not have any problems (amazingly)! "slimy" I have used this from it beginning beta and have never had any problems. No spam or unwanted mailings of any kind or any thing negative for that matter. It is a little sluggish at times but what do ya want for nothing?

****.

::MILE::  Actually setting it up and using Pando is quite easy and the options it offers are quite convenient...! I find myself using it on a regular basis now...and I even upgraded to the Pro version, which now seems to have enhanced the downloading experience for the recipients, so for me it was worth it...!

(Not sure why, but I never really grew fond of Podmailing, which is probably an interesting alternative for some...)

Unfortunately the upload speeds on my side are still kind of slow, even though I am on a rather fast connection...!? And it is really annoying that even in the full paid Pro version you have to be bothered with banner ads, just like in the free version...! For 25$ they could at least get rid of those...!?

JONTHES  Early versions of Pando were very useful, sent music files, etc. to UK contact for web article. Now whenever I try to open anything, jpg photo, sound file, etc. I get the 'invalid or corrupt' message. So it's completely useless. Running Mac OS 10.4.11.

I removed everything Pando including prefs and history (I uninstalled it in other words) and have installed the two most recent versions with no change.

LUCIANO1  Works very well,

but it has a little bug (never corrected): every time I double-click a pando file, it shows a warning message "Please free some disk space and try again. Not enough free disk space", but it open the file anyway.

I have lot of GB free of course.

Tried to clear all pref files, but it shows again

MATTETH  As of 1.8.1, still no support for accented characters - not even in file-paths. A deal-breaker for many of us. I.e unusable for Scandinavians, French, etc.
