MacFungus is an addictive strategy game where players on a grid have to eat each other's tiles to win. The game can be played on the same computer or online. It supports up to 4 players.

WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.0b5:
  • Online Tracker: MacFungus now automatically posts your game to the online tracker. The tracker can be accessed through http://macfungus.com/servers/.
  • New Shapes : Two Tetris-like shapes.
  • Auto-updater : MacFungus will automatically download the newest version of itself. Can be toggled off.

Defects Fixed:

  • Fixed an issue that allowed players to suicide using the a big bite around his head.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed a shape to go from one side of the grid to the other.

Min. Requirements MacOS 10.3 or later

This release is incompatible with previous versions of MacFungus

    KAIOMAI  The more I play this the more I realize how different it is from NetFungus. Developer needs to add the original shapes back, this has only three shapes and gets predictable. I still like the game, but it has a long way to go.

    IZAC  When I saw someone had remade Fungus I jumped for joy. Unfortunately this version is so buggy - almost every game screws up so that my screen is different to my network oponents. Please fix this up developer and i'll give this 100 stars.

    NIQ  Wow! I love this game. Used to play net fungus so often, but it was buggy... Finally someone has re-written it. Great work guys!

    MICH101  MacFungus brings back the good old NetFungus from back in the days, but with a touch of improvement and class. The game is classically remade and improved visually. NetFungus had left us a while ago but this good old classic reborn will sure make many of us happy. Amazing job on this, I give it a 5 on 5 no doubt :)
