CHRIS1H1  I am writing this cooment with my computer allegedly protected by MultiAlarm. Though one cannot see the desktop or click objects in the dock with the application armed, the Spotlight search in the toolbar is completely functional, and can be used to open up a finder window and launch applications, as well as searching one's hard drives. The FTP upload of iSight images does not work for me either.

SEMAJA2.NET  There is a few security holes that are being worked on still, we have tried to secure as much as we can without be intrusive, we are also limited in the current language of MultiAlarm and are planning to recode the project to a much more powerful language.

A update will be released soon to fix many bugs such as the ftp upload

KLAGRECA  The newest revision and the current design are a great improvement. I now consider MultiAlarm an essential app for any Macbook owner. Kudos!

APPLEDOGX  Everything seems to work great, but the ftp doesn't seem to work. I tried manually connecting and uploading to the right place and it worked, but via MultiAlarm 3.4.1 it doesn't. The idea is great, and except for this, it seems to work perfectly.

KWOJNIAK  When the screen is locked, why does holding down Option and clicking on the Unlock button unlock the screen?

KLAGRECA  Strange implementation (menu layouts, use of passwords). Seems to experience "false alarms."

Good work though. Keep up the effort.

SEMAJA2.NET  Could you explain the "false alarms" some settings like sensitivity and use of the NonSMS Sensor can cause false readings and most errors like this are results from bad configurations and can be easily fixed by contacting support.

PS. A improvment that will hopefully come is a easier configuration

SILVER31  Great app. Only one thing could make it better.....if there was a menu extra to envoke the application.

Otherwise, great software!

SEMAJA2  People could you please use the support system or try reading the readme files before posting on here.

With the password system it is NOT your login MultiAlarm uses its own so you need to set it in preferences like the read me says so go through and ensure all settings are set correctly

And once again PLEASE use the support system before posting a comment

WIZARD2  Had the same password problems, and when the system finally confirmed that it 'armed' it did not detect gross movement that had set off alarms with previous versions. Did not want to 'unarm' despite being given correct password. Removed the app, and the associated Keychain entry until things shake out.

Short: not my fav release.
