    **...

PHY6  The timer looks good, but it runs slow on my powerbook g4. This is probably due to the fact that it is a Flash program, not a native Cocoa or Carbon application. You cannot save your blinds in the unregistered version, which I suppose is a good way to get you to register; blind entry is a slow process. Unfortunately, the $15 is a little steep for blinds timer, especially since an (admittedly not so slick, but pure cocoa) alternative exists: Tournament Timer is freeware that can do nearly everything Travis Poker Timer can, and has a much better blinds editor.

Another major problem is that the program does not support 800x600 resolution; no TV-out is possible for most TVs. Attempting to run in this resolution moves the close button off-screen, so that it is impossible to close and must be killed.

Finally, this 8mb program is not a small file, as the author claims.   (Version 2.5)
